Peer mentors: with previous volunteering experience, >=50 years old, cognitively intact (as defined by an Abbreviated Mental Test score of >6/10) and physically active (as defined the International Physical Activity Questionnaire as moderately active with 3-6 Metabolic Equivalent Tasks. Peer mentees: aged >=50 years, with mild cognitive impairment as defined by a score 19-26 out of 30 on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment.；
