1. To determine the ARIA estimated retinal characteristics for global developmental delay (GDD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and control group. Compare the retinal characteristics among the three groups; 2. To determine a classification model using retinal images for GDD versus control group; 3. To determine a classification model using retinal images for ASD versus control group; 4. To study the relationship between GDD and ASD based on the retinal images models.

1. Children aged 2-6 years old; 2. Written consents by subjects' legal guardian/next-of-kin.;
登录查看1. Poor retinal image quality that cannot be used in the analysis; 2. Other eye diseases that are not suitable for retinal imaging include congenital cataracts and retinopathy of prematurity; 3. Children are distressed with a flashlight or have experience with photosensitive seizures; 4. Written consents not given by subjects' legal guardian/next-of-kin.;
